Brookside is a charming, locally owned and operated residence, nestled in a peaceful, mature setting in Kanata North. Just around the corner from the Brookstreet Hotel and adjacent to a beautiful walking path and pond, it's a place where you might even spot a beaver.

Purpose-built in the mid-90s to serve seniors in Ottawa's west end, Brookside offers the perfect balance of size and community with 82 units spread across three stories. The residence features a variety of suite sizes, styles, and views, with 99% of suites offering large private bathrooms with accessible walk-in showers. Many units have been recently renovated with modern hard surface flooring and fresh, neutral paint, making them move-in ready.

Our studio suites range from 275-450 sq. ft. and some include kitchenettes with space for a mini fridge and microwave. One-bedroom suites range from 500-750 sq. ft. and come with kitchenettes and abundant storage. All accommodations are equipped with individual thermostat-controlled radiant heating, ensuring comfort year-round.
